Join the KCK Chamber as we bring a panel of experts together to discuss diversity in the workplace. Panelists will discuss how businesses can capitalize and grow through exploring differences in races\, ethnicities\, life experiences\, religions\, generational distinctions\, tenure\, organizational function\, education\, and background. By starting and continuing conversations like these we hope to foster more acceptance and appreciation where difference is not only acknowledged\, but celebrated. Where diverse groups and organizations are more likely to generate multiple perspectives\, fresh ideas and innovative thinking.
