Prior\, he served on the Kansas House of Representatives\, serving the 41st District. Senator Pittman grew up in Leavenworth\, Kansas and graduated from Leavenworth High School in 1989. As the son of a combat veteran\, Jeff's family was stationed at Fort Leavenworth several times before calling Leavenworth home in 1984.
