Jennings brings over a decade of experience in social media marketing and advertising in tourism and real estate. Her portfolio includes work with the Overland Park Convention Center in the Kansas City Metro\, JW Group (party of Forbes Global Properties in Telluride\, CO)\, Vilas Agua Dulce in the Dominican Republic\, Wyndham Vacation Ownership\, Orient Express Hotels\, Time Equities\, Inc. and more. Jennings is a national speaker\, presenting on national panels and conferences about women in business\, marketing and AI\, social media trends and more. She has made a tremendous impact in woman-owned and run agencies and how to scale for growth and success. In 2003\, she grew her agency by 42% and continues to drive operational and scalable solutions within her team\, identifying new talent and hiring models that adapt to the competitive landscape with AI. \;

Recognized for her entrepreneurial achievements and industry impact\, Jennings has earned accolades from several prestigious organizations\, including being named a Top Women in Media Honoree by Cypnosis and Marketing Executive of the Year by the Stevie International Business Awards. Jennings completed an AI Certification with Coursera in 2019 led by Andrew Ng\, Co-founder of Coursera\, and an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at Stanford University.
