Excel)\, a human engagement consultancy\, Jermaine challenges individuals and teams to rethink what's possible and deliver meaningful\, measurable change\, always through the lens of lived experience.\n\nBeyond his professional work\, Jermaine is a committed civic leader and mentor. He has served as Chairman of the Board for the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce\, a Board Member for SHRM-KC\, and Chair of Legislative and Governmental Affairs. He serves on the City of Lenexa Planning Commission\, as a Mentor for SHRM-KC Emerging Professionals\, and on the Board of Sleepyhead Beds\, a nonprofit serving needy families.\n\nJermaine earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Emporia State University\, focusing on Human Development\, Sociological Paradigms\, and Family Studies. He also holds industry certifications\, international accreditations\, and the ACECC designation.\n\nHe challenges others to lead with empathy\, act with purpose\, and turn experience into impact.
