SUMMARY:Rock Island Bridge Project Tour with KCK Forward Young Professionals
DESCRIPTION:Join KCK Forward Young Professionals for their first in person event of the summer! Area young professionals (and young professionals at heart) are invited to join us for a tour of the ongoing Rock Island Bridge project\, which will connect the two Kansas Cities via an outdoor\, riverside dining and entertainment district. The tour will begin at 5:00 PM and be led by project leader Mike Zeller. Learn more about the Rock Island Bridge project here. Tour will be outdoors\, however please bring and wear face masks.\n\n \n\nThen follow us to The Mockingbird Lounge at 204 Orchard Street KCK 66101  for a patio happy hour from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. \n\n\n\nParking at the Rock Island Bridge: The Rock Island Bridge is over the Kansas River just 100 yards west of Hy-Vee Arena.  Visitors can drive to the 2-story parking lot one block north of Hy-Vee Arena\, enter the grassy field through the opening in the fence\, then drive south to the base of the railroad bridge.
