DESCRIPTION:Presented by:\n\n\n\n\n\nAs updates come out about re-opening businesses nationwide\, the KCK Chamber is excited to introduce Robert Hope\, Director of Corporate Security for Burns & McDonnell alongside Brian McKiernan\, 2nd District Commissioner for the Unified Government of KCK/WyCo and Co-Chair of the Restart WyCo Task Force. Commissioner McKiernan will present the ReStart WyCo Plan and Mr. Hope will provide recommendations and best practices to help businesses minimize risk for their business\, employees\, and public as they seek to re-open. \n\n\n\nAfter 10 years of leading the Security Consulting Group at Burns & McDonnell RJ Hope was asked\, and have assumed the role of Director of Corporate Security. In his role now for over a year\, he is responsible for leading and managing a diverse team of security professionals in the protection of corporate and client assets globally. This responsibility includes domestically over 40 Regional\, Branch\, and Project offices\, 5 international offices\, multiple project sites\, and an estimated 7\,500 fellow employee owners.\n\n\n\nAdditionally\, he and his team are directly responsible for the Burns & McDonnell International Safety and Security Program\, office and project site security assessments\, security planning\, security and awareness training\, guard force training & structure\, global electronic security system footprint\, regulatory compliance\, and DoD/DoE security program management.\n\n\n\nWith a 20+ year background in security consulting in a large diversity of industries Mr. Hope brings his diverse project experience forward to find innovative solutions and approaches to the unique problems faced by Burns & McDonnell as this organization continues to grow.
