       Insert remaining Player’s Name/Company/Email
       2.5) If purchasing Team Extra Package, you must "Add Attendee"
              Insert your, the registeree's, First & Last Name/Company/Email
              Select 'Golf Tournament Team Extras' from drop down options
   3) Total Amount should read $850.00 for Foursome, or $890.00 including extras. Click 'Next>>' button below
   4) New screen shows with registeree contact information. Please review.

Morning Flight: 7:30 a.m.* (registration and breakfast open at 6:30 a.m.)
