KCK Chamber and KCK Women's Chamber of Commerce present 'Leading Multiple Generations'
Nearly every person has experienced that beauty and conflict that comes from working in a multi-generational workplace. Unfortunately, most of corporate America has had more negative interactions than positive, simply from not understanding each other’s different perspectives and not taking the time to think differently about how to embrace the strengths associated with age diversity. This session will focus on:
- Keeping the end goal in mind
- Understanding an overview of each generational characteristics
- Preparing for conversations across generations
- Remembering that perspective has power
- Self-Assessing your own bias and past interactions
- Obtaining resources to learn more so we can all grow closer together and thus impact our business in more productive ways
