Running in Place in Five Different Directions—Handling Today’s Stressors
Description: Take time out from your busy life to reflect on the stressors we face regularly as women, especially during these trying times. More importantly, take some time in the company of others who get it to be reminded of ways to handle stress, and learn some new techniques (both serious and silly!) that work.
