Cristal Ugarte is a Business Development Specialist at Security Bank of Kansas City focused on community development. She was born and raised in Kansas City, KS and attended Fort Hays State University, where she got her undergraduate degree in International Business and Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Cristal serves on the board for The Single Mom KC and teaches English as a second language classes at Mattie Rhodes Center.

Sharon Weaver, MD, CFP, CDFA - President, Mission Financial Planning, Inc.

Sharon Weaver has been a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) for over 25 years. She started Mission Financial Planning 14 years ago with a specific focus on serving dental practice owners, wanting to guide them through the financial challenges and opportunities of owning one’s own business. Steven Johnson, Kansas State Treasurer

Steven Johnson holds a masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and business policy. His interest and expertise in financial issues during the economic downturn of 2008-09 was a catalyst in his decision to enter public service. Steven enjoys volunteering his time by offering investment advice to non-profit organizations and is committed to serving Kansas as both a reliable banker for state funds and a responsible fiduciary of invested dollars.
