You can tour the entire development including The University of Kansas Hospital Acute Rehabilitation Unit and The Kansas City Transitional Care Center from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m. The address is 3910 Rainbow Blvd, Kansas City, Kan. Surface parking is available directly behind the Phase II Building.
